Bona Wood Floor Cleaner is sold in economical refill containers and can be used with Bona's spray bottle and spray mop.
It is a quick drying, water based and Ph neutral gentle cleaner that is ready to use. This product is non-toxic, environmentally safe and does not contain harmful chemicals. It leaves wooden floors grime and dirt free with no residue, enabling the natural beauty of the wood to shine through.
It is recommended that the floor is vacuumed before wet cleaning to remove any grit that might be present. On stubborn spots, spray the cleaner directly onto the spot and leave it to work for a few minutes.
Sometimes after using the Bona cleaner for the first time the floor may appear streaked or tacky. This is because some multi-purpose cleaners leave a residue that builds up and dulls the appearance of the floor. The Bona cleaner causes this residue to dissolve, resulting in streaks or stickiness. If this happens just continue applying the Bona cleaner until it disappears. This may take a while if other products had been used for a long time.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
