Restorate+ comprises three membership tiers to suit all of our customers. The tier a customer falls in will be determined by the amount of spend with Restorate within a full calendar year.Â

Membership to the Restorate+ programme can be obtained via three options:
- Completing the application form on our website, accessible here. The Restorate+ team will then review your application and determine your eligibility and tier.
- Once you reach 10+ orders organically you will automatically be enrolled onto the Oak tier and you will be notified that you are on the programmeÂ
- You may be personally contacted by a member of the Restorate team to discuss the programme

Is the Restorate+ discount applied if I use Guest Checkout?

Your discount will not be applied on any orders that go through the Guest Checkout and they can not be added retrospectively. Your spend will also not be attributed to the tracker, so please ensure you are logged in to your account.

The annual spend target is a cumulative spend for all individuals registered to place orders for the company listed on the Restorate+ partnership programme.

Your status is valid for 12 months based on your year to date spent on 1st January.
Your Account Manager will check in quarterly to work with you to fulfill your current level or offer product suggestions to help you reach the next discount band.
You will progress to the next level as your spend increases.

No, you won't. You don't need to worry about being relegated from your existing tier if you have a quiet period - we understand the seasonal and commercial ebbs and flows. We review every account at the end of the year, and no action will be taken without consultation.

The Restorate Trade Directory is a hub of handpicked trusted traders for the general public to discover you. Customers will be able to filter the directory by specialism and county for ease of use.
The Directory is free to join and exclusively for our Restorate+ Walnut and Ebony partners. Once you're a Walnut or Ebony member, you can apply to feature on the directory by completing the form

Overview of Restorate+
Restorate+ is our partnership programme rewarding the loyalty of our customers with a range of benefits, including discount and opportunity to feature on our Trade Directory. Restorate+ comprises three membership tiers that reward you for using us as your one stop shop.Â
Your membership tier is based on your spend with Restorate within a full calendar year, January 1st to December 31st.

Section 1
Membership to the Restorate+ programme can be obtained via three options:

Your membership tier will be determined by your spend with Restorate within a full calendar year.Â
The tiers, spend targets and discounts are:
- Oak: 10+ purchases, 5% discount
- Walnut: £10,000-£25,000 spend, 10% discount
- Ebony: £25,000+ spent, 15% discountÂ
Section 3
The spend target will be presented in the Restorate+ portal. The total spend for the year will be displayed with a monthly target for each month to be achieved in order to reach the full spend required for the year.Â
The monthly target will be a pro rata figure, so it’ll always be the same, regardless of how many months are left in the year when you join the partnership programme.Â
Section 4
Once the spend target has been reached on a pro rata monthly basis for 3 months, we will review the account level.
If you’re struggling to meet the monthly targets for your current discount level, we will work with you and offer product suggestions, or consider stocking other high volume consumables you’re currently using and not buying from us. No one will have their tier immediately downgraded without months of consultation and mutual effort to grow your account and business. We review each account in December, at the end of each year. If not successful, and after doing everything possible to support you, we'll review the situation after six months and we’ll agree on the appropriate tier for your business at that time.
Section 5
Mirka electric tools, Bona products and Paramose Paint Stripper are excluded from the discount. These products are trade only products that are already at the lowest possible price we can offer.
