All next day standard services to UK Mainland are FREE if your order is over £80 including VAT.

    Returns Policy

    If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    Key Features

    This professional M-class dust extractor has a high performance motor and turbine, which creates 250 mbar vacuum and 4500 l/min air flow.  The M-class filtration allows the 1230M to cope with more hazardous dust generated by hardwoods, MDF, brick, concrete, screed etc and as a consequence M-class is the minimum rating allowed for site work according to HSE guidelines.

    The 1230M features an AutoStart facility so that the extractor only runs while the sander is in use.  This not only reduces noise but will increase the life of the motor.  It also has automatic filter cleaning which is activated every 15 seconds, maintaining the consistency of performance and extending the life of the filter.  This makes the filter very durable but spares are available when needed.  An air-flow sensor will activate an alarm if the flow drops below the optimum.  A fleece dust bag is included with suitable bags available as a pack of 5.

    Large wheels make the machine more manoeuvrable and it's flat top allows for storage and the connection of Mirka's Case Fastening Accessory.  This enables the attachment of the Systainer site case for easy storage of frequently used consumables.  

    This machine can be used wet or dry but the dust bag must be removed before wet use.  The filter should be cleaned before and after use and must remain in place.  If the extractor needs to function as a vacuum cleaner then the Mirka Clean Up Kit will convert to that use.
