The multifunctional and classic Abranet is especially developed for sanding putty, primers, lacquers, composite materials and a wide range of other materials for industrial use. Abranet combines high performance and a long lifespan (perhaps twice as long as conventional abrasives), makes it a cost-effective solution.
Abranet features an open mesh design. Thousands of small holes will ensure that when used with a suitable extractor the removal of dust will be exceptionally efficient. This also means the surface being sanded remains dust free resulting in a uniform scratch pattern and a very smooth finish.
Mirka Abranet is a multifunctional product and can be used within the woodworking, automotive, decorating, boat building industries as well as many others.
By using Mirka Abranet 125mm Discs your sanding process becomes more efficient and less dust means a cleaner and healthier working environment. It also greatly reduces clean up time at the end of the day. If needed, a clean up kit is available for use with the dust extractor.
Regular replacement of the sander's backing pad will help keep the sander working at its best, especially with the added use of pad savers. Pad savers fit in between the abrasive and the backing pad and take the strain when sanding aggressively or when the discs are frequently swapped out.
When using Abranet on a contoured surface, better results will be obtained with the use of an interface pad, which also fit between the abrasive and the backing pad.
Mirka Abranet 125mm discs are compatible with the DEROS and PROS sanders when used with the 125mm backing pad.
They are also compatible with the now discontinued CEROS models, many of which are still in use. To maximise the benefit of Abranet on other makes of sander, use the 150mm Unipad backing pad which can fit most major brands.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
