Delivery Policy
Get your order delivered by your choice of delivery company and service.
We have listened to our customers and understand that the quality of service from delivery providers may vary based on your postcode.
Hence, we want to offer you the choice of provider at the best price we can offer.
UK Mainland Deliveries
All next day standard services to UK Mainland are FREE if your order is over £80 including VAT.
For UK Mainland, not including Scottish Highlands or Islands, Isle of White, or Channel Islands the following rates apply at checkout.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class | 2-3 Days - Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. £2.95 for orders under £80, Free for orders over £80.
- Royal Mail 1st Class | 1-2 Days - Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.£3.95 for orders under £80, Free for orders over £80.
- Parcelforce | Next Working Day - Order by 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. £5.95 for orders under £80, Free for orders over £80.
- DPD | Next Working Day - Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. £6.95 for orders under £80, Free for orders over £80.
- DPD AM Delivery | Next Working Day - Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. £9.95 or orders under £100, £4.95 for orders over £100.
- DPD | Saturday Delivery - Order by 4:30pm, Friday. £9.95 or orders under £100, £4.95 for orders over £100.
Scottish Highlands
- Express Delivery | 2 Working Days - DPD or Parcelforce. Order by 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. £9.95 for orders under £100, £4.95 for orders over £100.
Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands: Unfortunately we aren’t able to send parcels to these addresses at present but we are working on it.
Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package. Find our Refund Policy here.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Liberon Touch Up Pen
Key Features
Liberon Touch-up Pens are made with a spirit dye, and these felt tipped pens give a water and wipe resistant colour for finished surfaces. Liberon Touch-up Pens are ideal for disguising scratches and small blemishes on any finished wood surface.
Liberon Touch-up Pens are ideal for replacing faded colour on small areas of wood and with a sculptured pen tip, will work at all angles.
Application: Ensure the area to be treated is free from dust. Colour in the affected area and leave to dry.
Important - Always test the product on a spare surface or inconspicuous area for colour, compatibility and end result.
Available colours: Antique Pine, Dark Oak, Dark Walnut, Ebony, Georgian Mahogany, Light Oak, Light Walnut, Medium Mahogany, Medium Oak, Teak, Victorian Mahogany, Walnut
Touch up pens can be bought singly or as a set of all 12 colours.
