Mirka Abranet 150mm Sanding Discs are the market leading discs for 150mm orbital sanders, particularly the Mirka DEROS sander, enabling dust free sanding.

The multifunctional and classic Abranet is especially developed for sanding putty, primers, lacquers, composite materials and a wide range of other materials for industrial use. Abranet combines high performance and a long lifespan (perhaps twice as long as conventional abrasives), makes it a cost-effective solution.

Mirka Abranet Discs are available in a range of sizes including the 125mm Abranet Sanding Discs for the smaller Mirka 125mm DEROS Backing Pad and the 225mm Abranet Sanding Discs for the Mirka LEROS 225mm Wall Orbital Sander.

We also offer a 150mm Abranet Mixed Box. Mixed Box contains 10 each of P80, P120, P180, P240 and P320 discs.

Abranet features an open mesh design.  Thousands of small holes will ensure that when used with a suitable extractor the removal of dust will be exceptionally efficient.  This also means the surface being sanded remains dust free resulting in a uniform scratch pattern and a very smooth finish.

Designed for dry sanding, by hand or with a machine, the true dust-free sanding characteristics result in a cleaner work environment, as well as a better surface finish.

By using Mirka Abranet 150mm Discs your sanding process becomes more efficient and less dust means a better and cleaner working environment.  Regular replacement of the sander's backing pad will help keep the sander working at its best, especially with the added use of pad savers.
