Returns Policy

If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To revive and maintain your floor with no rinsing involved, use Fiddes Floor Surface Cleaner!

It is recommended for use on all types of pre-finished wood flooring, Fiddes Floor Cleaner is a non-abrasive, rinse free formula which dries smear free.

Fiddes Floor Surface Cleaner is particularly suitable for use on floors that have been oiled, varnished, waxed or lacquered to clean and maintain without damaging the natural finish. It could also be used on table tops and kitchen worktops that have been similarly finished.

To use, vacuum any loose dirt and debris, add 2 cap fulls of Floor Surface Cleaner to 4 litres of warm water, then apply evenly with a mop or cloth. Remove excess residue and allow the surface to dry, which take around 20 minutes in normal conditions.
