Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
FREE standard next working day delivery is available on UK Mainland orders over £80 (including VAT).

Standard - Next working day - £5.95 (FREE on orders over £80)
AM - Next working day before noon - £9.95 (under £80) / £4.95 (over £80)


APC
Standard - Next working day - £7.95 (FREE on orders over £80)AM - Next working day before noon - £15.95 (under £80) / £7.95 (over £80)
Restricted products, including Paramose, can only be shipped via APC.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to let us know if you wish to return all or part of it.

How gift cards work:

  • When you purchase a gift voucher product, you'll receive a digital gift voucher with a unique code after purchase
  • You can redeem gift vouchers at checkout by entering the code, which applies the balance to their order total (including taxes and shipping)
  • The balance can be used across multiple orders until depleted
  • Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order
  • Customers can check their gift card balance and even add it to Apple Wallet

T&Cs

  • Restorate Gift Vouchers are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash
  • Each Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Restorate is not liable for Gift Vouchers that are lost or stolen

The Gift Voucher can be used as full or partial payment. If you do not spend the entire balance the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. If a purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining amount must be paid with another method of payment

If any item purchased with a Gift Voucher is refunded, or exchanged for an item of a lower price, any money owing to you will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher. No cash change will given on purchases made using Gift Vouchers
