Hence, we want to offer you the choice of provider at the best price we can offer.

Please order well in advance around this time. We will endeavour to ensure there is as little disruption as possible, however please note during this period we can not guarantee next day delivery. Carriers can not collect on bank holidays and our warehouse will also be closed on these days.

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands: Unfortunately we aren’t able to send parcels to these addresses at present but we are working on it.

Returns Policy

If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package. Find our Refund Policy here.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.

If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

T&Cs

Restorate Gift Vouchers are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash
Each Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
Restorate is not liable for Gift Vouchers that are lost or stolen

The Gift Voucher can be used as full or partial payment. If you do not spend the entire balance the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. If a purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining amount must be paid with another method of payment

If any item purchased with a Gift Voucher is refunded, or exchanged for an item of a lower price, any money owing to you will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher. No cash change will given on purchases made using Gift Vouchers
