This version of Mirka's market leading DEROS sander comes with the 150mm backing pad and with an orbit of 2.5mm, making it ideal for fine sanding, such as automotive or wood working. If required, it can also be used with the optional 125mm backing pad.
When used as part of a system with a suitable dust extractor and Mirka's range of abrasives, the DEROS 625CV will provide dust free sanding, which not only reduces clean up to a minimum but also generates a much healthier working environment. It's brushless motor ensures the best possible performance particularly when under heavy load.
It's light weight (only 1kg) and superior ergonomics mean that it can be used for extended periods without fatigue. The symmetrical grip design makes it equally comfortable for left or right handed users. The DEROS has the lowest vibration levels in its class and an integrated vibration sensor monitors these levels via a myMirka app, which will help the user avoid the effects of long term exposure to vibration.
To keep the sander working at it's best, it is good practice to replace the backing pad at the first sign of wear. A worn backing pad can cause vibration and affect the operation of the sander. The life of the backing pad can be extended by using pad savers, which fit in between the abrasive and the pad. These cope with the stress of frequent abrasive swaps and aggressive sanding. Smoother results can be achieved with the use of an interface pad which are available in 5mm or 10mm thickness and are invaluable when sanding contoured surfaces.
As with all Mirka sanders, this model comes with a 2 year warranty. This can be extended to 3 years by registering online with Mirka within 30 days of purchase.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
