Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package. Find our Refund Policy here.

Made from a blend of beeswax and carnauba waxes, Briwax Original Wax Polish lends an instant sheen to both finished and unfinished timber. Although traditionally used in the pine industry, Briwax Original Polish is suitable for all types of wood and is used to finish everything from wood carvings to skirting boards.
As a result of being extremely fast drying, the polish is ideal for work that requires a fast turnaround. If you are seeking a greater sheen and more durable finish all you have to do is apply and buff the polish several times. For safety reasons, only apply Briwax Original Wax Polish in a well-ventilated area and wear Nitrile Gloves while doing so.
Due to carrier restrictions, the 20 litre containers of Briwax Original Wax Polish cannot be delivered on Saturday. Orders must be placed before 3.30pm for next working day delivery.
If stored in temperatures above 20°C, Briwax Original Wax Polish may soften or liquify. If this happens, replace the lid and store in a cool place until it has returned to its original form.
