How much do I need?
This is a concentrated mix that will make 5 litres of paint, for use on rough sawn and smooth planed sheds and fences. This is enough to cover 30 square metres of rough sawn and up to 40 on smooth planed wood. The eco packaging contains 90% less plastic than the previous tubs used and is fully recyclable.
You will need a clean bucket big enough to hold 5 litres of liquid and a pair of scissors to start with. To prepare for use, just snip off the corner and pour the contents into your bucket. Then cut along the dotted line and fill the pouch with water to the marked line and add to the bucket. You will need to do this 4 times then thoroughly stir the contents until a uniform colour forms. It is now ready for use.
To prepare, make sure the wood is dry and the temperature is above 10°C with no rain expected. Give the wood a clean with a stiff brush to remove any surface debris. It can be used on damp wood as long as it has been drying for at least five hours.
It can be applied by brush or sprayer. If brushing, apply liberally and brush in any drips. To use with a sprayer use long, sweeping horizontal movements and move along the full length of the panel. Drop down and repeat, overlapping each pass by 50%. After use, follow the sprayer's clean up instructions.
Two coats is usually enough but heavily weathered wood may need a third coat. Re-coat after 4 hours. It will be showerproof after 1 hour and fully dry after 24 hours.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
