How much do I need?
Osmo Polyx Oil Raw - The original Hard Wax Oil with a special pigment for a raw, almost unfinished appearance on light coloured woods, such as pine or oak. Its transparent hint of white colour is designed to minimise the darkening of the wood, leaving a natural appearance, whilst protecting with a flexible, micro porous lightly waxed matt finish.
Osmo Polyx Oil Raw is very durable, and resistant to water and dirt, and is designed not to peel, crack or flake. It is resistant to damage from stains, water and abrasion. Polyx Oil Raw is recommended for all natural wooden floors, included new or reclaimed timber, parquet and block floors, it is also suitable for interior joinery and furniture leaving a lightly waxed finish. It complies with the EN71.3 standard for toy safety.
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from any previous coating. If the surface needs to be sanded then begin with a coarse paper and finish with P120 to P150 for flooring or P180 to P240 for furniture. No thinning or priming is necessary, so the oil can be applied thinly in the direction of the grain using a brush, floor brush or microfibre roller. Allow to dry for 24 hours before applying a second thin coat. If re-coating an already oiled surface then one coat is generally enough. When applying to cabinet drawers and interiors, just do one coat, thinly applied by cloth.
For regular cleaning, we recommend using Osmo Wash and Care or Osmo Spray Cleaner.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
