How much do I need?
Osmo Maintenance Oil is a high quality, protective maintenance oil for wood floors and furniture as well as for stairs, solid wood and plankwood. It is ideal for restaurants, museums and other commercial or high use community areas. It is also suitable for changing the gloss level of intact surfaces treated with Osmo Polyx Oil.
It is ideal for the maintenance of any wooden floor that has been treated with Polyx Oil including solid wood, plank, parquet, strip, OSB and cork. 3079 Maintenance Oil is resistant to liquid spillage from wine, beer, cola, coffee, tea, fruit juice, milk and water. It can revive a dull or matt surface without without the need for sanding, resists scuffing and can remove difficult stains such as grease and shoe polish.
The finish once dry is safe for people, plants and animals and it conforms to the EN71.3 safety standard for children's toys.
This product comes ready to use and does not need to be thinned. Clean the surface thoroughly with a damp cloth and once dry apply thinly and evenly with a microfibre roller. Work with the wood grain and work into the wood with a white pad then remove any excess product. A lint-free cloth can be used if applying Maintenance Oil to a smaller area.
* Please note that this product can be stored for up to 5 years or more if the can is kept dry and tightly closed. If it has become thickened by frost over winter, store for 24-36 hours at room temperature before using. It is specifically for use on previously oiled floors and is not suitable for use as a finish on bare or unfinished wood.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
