Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package. Find our Refund Policy here.

Osmo End Grain Sealing Wax 5735 Clear 375ml
Key Features
Osmo End Grain Sealing Wax is a blend of natural oils and waxes, designed to protect the timber end grain from soaking up water, which can cause swelling, cracking and weathering. It absorbs into the wood capillaries to reduce shrinkage and swelling while also reducing leakage of the wood's natural moisture.
It is suitable for use on the end grains of decking boards, cladding and roof soffits and is compatible with hard or soft woods. Before use make sure the wood is clean, dry and with a moisture content of less than 20%. Apply generously by brush. For very absorbent end grains the best protections will be achieved by applying two coats wet on wet. Wipe away excess wax from any other surfaces with a cloth.
This product will keep for 5 years or more if the container is kept dry and tightly closed. If it becomes thickened by frost over winter, store at room temperature for 24-36 hours so that it can return to the correct consistency.
