This outfit combines the Mirka LEROS-S 950XCV sander with the 1230 L PC dust extractor to provide a dust free solution when sanding walls, ceilings, floors or any other large area. The sander's dual voltage means it can be used in both residential and site settings
The extractor is rated for low hazard dust that would result from sanding softwoods, water-based paints and hard surfaces, such as Corian.

The LEROS-S 950XCV is a more compact version of Mirka's original LEROS model. It retains the same 225mm pad size but it's shorter handle with two grip points allows it to be more easily used in confined spaces, such as narrow hallways and also on large tables or floors. Dual suction points give excellent dust removal, particularly when working in a confined area.
The brushless motor maintains a consistent speed when under load so there is no loss of efficiency. A combination of light weight, superior ergonomics and a highly flexible sanding head makes the sanding process effortless, enabling long periods of use without stress or fatigue. The design of the sanding head and backing pad makes the LEROS-S very stable in use and capable of working very close to edges and corners.
If more reach is necessary then the Extension Shaft will add 50cm to the sander's length - useful if dealing with higher ceilings or walls. Regular replacement of the backing pad is recommended as a worn pad can upset the balance of the sander. Pad Savers will increase the life of the backing pad especially if sanding aggressively or doing frequent disc changes. Smoother results can be obtained with the use of an Interface Pad, especially when sanding contoured surfaces.

The 1230 L PC dust extractor will cope with 'light hazard' dust from sanding the likes of softwoods, water-based paints and solid surfaces as well as non-flammable liquids. It has an auto start feature so that it only runs while the sander is in operation. This will help prolong the life of the motor and reduce workplace noise.
There are plenty of storage options, with on-board stowage of cable and hose plus storage space on the top of the extractor. By using the Case Fastening Accessory, the Systainer site case can be attached for ease of access to frequently used items such as sanding discs.
Filter cleaning is done via a simple push and system. Regular cleaning will help extend the life of the filter and keep the machine operating at it's best. Spare filters are available when needed.
The 1230 L PC can be used for wet or dry applications. Before wet use the dust bag must be removed and the filter cleaned both before and after such use. A disposable fleece dust bag is supplied with extra bags available in packs of 5. If required, the machine can be used as a normal vacuum cleaner with the addition of the Mirka Clean Up Kit.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.

If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
