This combination will provide a dust free solution that safely deals with the medium hazard dust from the likes of hardwoods, paints, plastics, concrete and brick that might frequently be encountered on site. M-class extractors are the minimum requirement for site use in accordance with Health and Safety Executive guidelines.

The DEOS 353XCV sander follows in the footsteps of the popular DEROS, using the same technology but in a rectangular format that allows it to access corners. For hard to reach places there is an optional 81 x 165mm extension backing pad. A brushless motor ensures that the sander maintains a consistent level of performance, even when under heavy load. At just 10cm high, the compact size and low profile combine with outstanding ergonomics result in a sander that is both easy and comfortable to use for extended periods.

The Mirka 1230 M PC 110v is a professional standard dust extractor ideally suited to site use, where 110v supplies are regularly used. It's M class designation makes suitable for use where medium hazard dust from hardwoods, concrete and brick might be encountered. M class filtration is the minimum requirement for site use according to Health and Safety Executive guidelines.
The auto start function of the 1230 M means it only runs while the sander is operating, which reduces workplace noise and increases the life of the motor. An air flow sensor will indicate when the flow drops below optimum levels, at which point the filter should be cleaned. This is done by a simple push operation. If the filter no longer responds to cleaning then it can be replaced.
A flat top incorporates storage space with the ability to accept the Mirka Case Fastening Accessory, which allows for attachment of the systainer site case. There is also integral storage for the hose and cable. A disposable fleece dust bag is included with spares available as a pack of 5.
This machine can be used wet or dry but the dust bag must be removed first and the filter cleaned both before and after wet use. If necessary, the 1230 can be converted to a conventional vacuum with Mirka's Clean Up Kit.

Get your order delivered by your choice of delivery service. Order by 4:30pm for next working day (Monday to Friday) despatch. (Excludes Bank Holidays)
Any order containing Methylated Spirits, Paramose, Thinners, Peelaway 1 or 20 Litre Waxes can only be sent with Parcelforce, who collect every weekday from 3:30pm.
All other carriers collect from 4:30pm.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.

If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
