Mirka Abralon J3 is a premium multifunctional finishing abrasive designed to produce an ultra-fine finish on both smooth and profiled surfaces. Featuring a high-density 3mm foam backing, it conforms easily to curves, contours and intricate shapes while delivering a highly consistent sanding result.

Developed specifically for high gloss finishing applications, Abralon J3 leaves an exceptionally smooth surface ready for polishing. Its unique woven construction allows water and air to pass freely through the abrasive, making it suitable for both wet and dry sanding while helping to reduce clogging and improve surface quality.

The deeper 3mm foam layer allows the abrasive to follow contours and surface variations more effectively than conventional abrasives. This helps reduce the risk of cutting through edges while producing a more uniform finish across curved and shaped surfaces.

• Mirka Abralon J3 is designed for fine finishing and surface refinement. For heavier stock removal or initial sanding operations, begin with a more aggressive abrasive before progressing to Abralon J3 for final finishing.
• Work progressively through the abrasive grades for the best polishing results.
• Use wet sanding where appropriate to achieve the finest possible scratch pattern.
• Allow the foam backing to conform naturally to curved surfaces rather than applying excessive pressure.
• Keep the surface clean throughout sanding to maintain a consistent finish.
