Liberon Natural Finish Interior Varnish is a non yellowing, water-based interior varnish that is designed to maintain the look and feel of the wood. It is quick drying, hard wearing, long lasting and is suitable for use on softwoods and hardwoods.
Liberon Natural Finish Varnish is highly resistant to scratches and staining, making it ideal for use on doors, skirting, panelling and work surfaces etc. It's water-based formulation makes it a good choice for kitchens and bathrooms.
Preparation and Application: Sand the wood if required and remove any previous finishes. Sanding dust can be vacuumed or taken up with a tack cloth. Old wax can be lifted with Liberon Wax and Polish Remover. Previous varnish finishes can be treated with a varnish remover. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust.
If the wood is to be coloured it can be treated with Palette Wood Dye. This could also be added to the varnish prior to application (maximum 10%) but would give a less pronounced colour than direct application to the wood. If a dye is used allow 8 hours drying time before applying the varnish.
Stir the tin well before use and apply an even coat with a brush or roller. Allow to dry for two hours before applying the next coat. A minimum of three coats is recommended but more may be needed in heavy use areas. Leave for 24 hours after the final coats before subjecting the surface to use.
For general cleaning the surface can be wiped with a damp cloth, using a mild detergent if necessary. Any spills should be wiped up immediately. If the surface shows evidence of wear, simply re-apply a coat of varnish.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
