Liberon Finishing Oil
Liberon Finishing Oil is a unique blend of premium oils which feed, nourish and enhance the colour of your wooden surface. Finishing Oil is heat, alcohol and food acid resistant and is recommended for surfaces such as worktops, kitchen tables and bathroom furniture which all require a hard wearing and water resistant finish.
Liberon Finishing Oil is also suitable for all types of bare wood to give a matt, satin or gloss finish, depending upon the number of coats applied.
Liberon Finishing Oil can be applied to cork, stone and terracotta.
EN71 Approved - safe for toys and guaranteed to be water, heat, alcohol and food acid resistant.
Preparation and Application: Make sure the surface is free from any previous finish. Waxes can be treated with Wax and Polish Remover and varnishes can be removed with a suitable remover. If the wood is to be coloured then apply Palette Wood Dye before oiling.
Shake well and apply with a brush or lint-free cloth. Allow the oil to absorb for 10 minutes then remove any surplus with a clean cotton cloth. Leave to dry for 5 hours then apply as many further coats as needed. 3 coats is the recommended minimum but further coats will increase the sheen and durability. To achieve the best results, rub gently with 0000 grade steel wool between coats.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
