Everbuild Patio Wizard is a concentrated solution designed to kill, remove and prevent algae, moss, mould and fungi. The formula is easy to use, just apply by pouring and applying with stiff bristled brush and leave to dry. There is no need to scrub or wash the treatment off after the job is done
Ideal for removing green growth from patios, pathways, drives, sheds and greenhouses before painting, staining or sealing.
Dilute the concentrate cleaner with water, to a maximum of one part Patio Wizard to 9 parts water. A 5 litre container will cover approximately 300m² depending on the degree of soiling. It should not be applied if rain is expected within 6 hours.
Once any loose debris is removed Patio Wizard can be applied by watering can with rose sprayer, garden sprayer or brush. Apply at an approximate rate of 1 litre per 3 to 6m². After 1 to 3 days, the green growth will begin to disappear. Heavily soiled surfaces may require a second treatment.
Patio Wizard is fully biodegradable and does not contain acids or bleaches. Once dry, the product is not hazardous to children or pets.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
