Colour
Dulux Heritage is a high quality washable matt emulsion paint. It is formulated with premium quality pigments and specially blended clays to deliver superb depth of colour, easy application and a soft to touch finish.
It is suitable for use on all normal interior walls and ceilings. It is not suitable for use in areas that are subject to frequent heavy condensation, such as kitchens or bathrooms.
Good surface preparation is of key importance in achieving the best result, so before use make sure the surface is sound, clean and dry. New surfaces in particular must be fully dry. Any loose, flaking or defective paint should be removed. Take care if doing surface preparation on older (pre-1960s) as lead paint may be present. If using a paint remover then Peelaway 1 would be recommended in this instance as it will convert lead paint to a harmless compound within the paste.
If necessary, wash the surface to remove dirt, grease and powdery or dusty residues then rinse with clean water and allow to the surface to dry. If after this process the surface remains powdery then use an appropriate plaster sealer. Any surface defects should be filled before painting.
Stir the paint thoroughly and if applying to new or bare surfaces, thin the first coat up 10% with water. Application can be either by brush or short pile microfibre roller and do not attempt to use if the temperature is below 7°C. Spraying is not recommended.
If covering a large area it is best practice to use tins from the same batch or if possible to mix the tins together to ensure colour consistency. The drying time will be dependent upon temperature and humidity.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
