Cuprinol Water Based Woodworm Killer (WB) is a new longer lasting, low odour, improved formula woodworm killer that kills all types of woodworm. Its deep absorption ensures effective protection for many years and prevents re-infestation.
It is suitable for use on interior beams, joists, floors, furniture and general interior joinery. It should not be used on beehives or beekeeping equipment.
Before use, ensure that the wood is clean and dry, with no more than 25% moisture content. Any pre-existing finish such as a varnish or paint should be removed. Apply generously to the surface with 2 or 3 brush coats, paying attention to end grain, corners, joints and crevices. Be careful not to brush the Woodworm Killer out too thinly as this will not give good results. Rough sawn wood will be much more absorbent than smooth planed wood, needing up to twice as much treatment.
To eradicate insect attack from Woodworm and House Longhorn Beetle use a minimum of 1 litre of Woodworm Killer to 3.5-5 square metres of timber. Replacement timber that may come under attack from these insects can be dipped for 3 minutes or given 2-3 'flood' brush coats as per the above instruction.
Make sure the timber has fully dried, maybe up to 3 days, before refinishing or laying floor tiles or carpet. Once the Woodworm Killer has dried most glues, fillers and knotting can be used normally.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.

If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
