How much do I need?
Barrettine Decking Oil is designed to be used on pressure treated and preserved timber decking.
It is solvent based for excellent timber absorption, leaving your decking with a water repellent finish which will help protect from splitting or cracking. It also contains a surface biocide, which will protect against mould growth and is harmless to beneficial insects and plants once dry.
Barrettine Decking Oil is also suitable for use on fencing, sheds and other garden timber.

How To Apply Barrettine Decking Oil
Shake well and decant into a paint kettle. Apply an even coat by brush in the direction of the wood grain. One coat is usually sufficient but if needed, a second coat can be applied after 12-24 hours. Leave for 24-48 hours before subjecting to foot traffic. If extra anti-slip protection is needed then apply a top coat of Barrettine Anti-Slip Decking Oil.
Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C, in damp conditions or if rain is expected within 24 hours. Clean tools with White Spirit.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
