We have listened to our customers and understand that the quality of service from delivery providers vary based on your postcode.
Hence, we want to offer you the choice of provider at the best price we can offer, which we have subsidised as much as we can afford.
UK Mainland Deliveries
All next day standard services to UK Mainland are FREE if your order is over £80 including VAT.
For UK Mainland, not including Scottish Highlands or Islands, Isle of White, or Channel Islands the following rates apply at checkout.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class | 2-3 Days - Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. £2.95 for orders under £80, Free for orders over £80.
- Royal Mail 1st Class | 1-2 Days - Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.£3.95 for orders under £80, Free for orders over £80.
- Parcelforce | Next Working Day - Order by 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. £5.95 for orders under £80, Free for orders over £80.
- DPD | Next Working Day - Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. £6.95 for orders under £80, Free for orders over £80.
- DPD AM Delivery | Next Working Day - Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. £9.95 or orders under £100, £4.95 for orders over £100.

Scottish Highlands

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands: Unfortunately we aren’t able to send parcels to these addresses at present but we are working on it.
Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package. Find our Refund Policy here.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Thompsons High Performance Patio & Block Paving Seal
Thompsons High Performance Patio & Block Paving Seal is a deep absorbing, high performance coating, designed to seal, stabilise and weatherproof patios and block paving. It forms a clear barrier which repels water and prevents staining from dirt, oil and fuel, whilst reducing growth of moss and lichen.
Thompsons High Performance Patio & Block Paving Seal will leave a flat matt finish and can be applied to block paving, flag stones, including granite cast and limestone. Always test in an inconspicuous area first to establish the final appearance.
To prepare, scrub the surface with a stiff brush. If there is any mould or algal growth it can be treated with Advanced Patio & Block Paving Cleaner.
Apply on a day where the temperature will be above 10 degrees C. Shake the tin well and apply with a long pile roller, working in 1 metre sections. Once an area is saturated with the seal, move on to the next one. The second coat can be applied once the first coat has sunk in.
