Description

Titebond Cold Press for Veneer is a high-quality, economical alternative to contact cement for large-scale bonding of veneers to flat surfaces. It is specifically formulated for cold press laminating of wood to solid woods, particleboard, MDF, plywood and other porous materials. Titebond Cold Press offers a moderate speed of set, a translucent glue line and contains none of the harmful or corrosive fumes typical of most contact cements. It also prevents bleed-through on open-grained and unbacked wood veneers.

To ensure a good bond quality, it is recommended that the glue, ambient temperature and material to be bonded are all above 10°C.

This glue is not recommended for exterior use or in an area where it might get exposed to moisture.

Stir before use and protect from freezing temperatures. Freezing won't stop the glue from working but may cause it to thicken. If this happens then agitation should restore it to the original consistency. The storage life if kept in a tightly sealed container is 12 months at 21°C.
