Returns Policy

If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.

Key Features

Timbabuild ERC10 is a fast cure, low build, solvent free epoxy wood filler, ideal for minor repairs (up to 10mm deep) and splicing of damaged or rotten wooden surfaces. ERC10 has excellent adhesive properties whilst being easy to sand to give great results, fast. Sand one hour after application at 20-35 degrees C. The epoxy is paintable to give an invisible repair in one day.

The dual cartridges extrude together at a 1:1 ratio to be mixed and used immediately.

Instructions

Route out rotten timber with a router or chisel
Apply EWS hardener (wood hardener primer)
Extrude onto board - best to leave first 5cm to waste to ensure best results if second application using previously used tubes
Apply, shape and smooth with a putty knife
Sand to finish with P120. The ultimate combination is the Mirka DEOS Sander and Abranet 81 x 133mm. Hand sanding is also affective but not as fast.
