Returns Policy

If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package. Find our Refund Policy here.

If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Key Features

This is a versatile kit that will allow you to prepare and treat your decking up to 5x faster than using a brush. It works on smooth or grooved decks and can either be used hand held or with the included 94cm extension pole. It will reach into grooves and is compatible with all Ronseal decking products.

The kit comes with two applicator pads, blue and green. Use the blue pad for applying Ronseal Decking Cleaner and Reviver. Just pour the reviver onto the deck and scrub into the surface.

The green pad is used to apply Ronseal Decking Oil, Stain or Paint. Use with a paint tray and dip the pad up to the white part and push down firmly when you apply. The second coat will require less pressure and will produce a streak free finish.

If using a water-based treatment the pads can be cleaned straight after use with warm, soapy water. If Ronseal Nourishing Decking Oil has been used then the green pad will need to be replaced as it could not be cleaned in water.
