Returns Policy

If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The Rubio Monocoat Stain Remover Set is the ultimate solution kit for aftercare of Rubio Monocoat Oiled surfaces. The Kit Includes Grease, Limespot and Tannin Remover, plus the recommended routine cleaner spray.

Although Rubio Monocoat Plus 2C is one of the hardest wearing wood oils on the market, it does have it's limitations against highly acidic or corrosive liquids. This kit contains all the products you'll need to remove every type of stain, without damaging the finish, colour, protection or wood grain.

The kit also includes the All Natural Wood Clear Spray ecological cleaner. Most supermarket anti-bacterial and cleaner sprays strip the surface oils away, compromising the protection. Rubio recommends using a mildly soapy, damp cloth for routine cleaning and the All Natural Wood Cleaner Spray for a couple of time a week or for stubborn debris.
