The multifunctional and classic Abranet is especially developed for sanding putty, primers, lacquers, composite materials and a wide range of other materials for industrial use. Abranet combines high performance and a long lifespan (perhaps twice as long as conventional abrasives), making it a cost-effective solution.
Abranet features an open mesh design. Thousands of small holes will ensure that when used with a suitable dust extractor the removal of dust will be exceptionally efficient. This means the abrasive is not prone to clogging or pilling, so that the surface being sanded remains dust free and leaves a uniform scratch pattern with a very smooth finish, free from defects. The dust free environment that Abranet discs create is particularly important when applying paint or lacquer finishes as they will not become contaminated by dust in the air.
By using Mirka Abranet 77mm Discs your sanding process becomes more efficient and less dust means a cleaner and healthier working environment. Regular replacement of the sander's backing pad will help keep the sander working at its best. Using a pad saver with the Abranet disc will help prolong the life of the backing pad, especially if sanding aggressively or regular swapping abrasive discs. Pad savers fit between the abrasive and backing pad. If sanding a contoured surface a better result will be achieved with the use of an interface pad, which also fits between abrasive and backing pad.

The 77mm Abranet discs are compatible with the DEROS 350CV sander and also the manual 77mm sanding block. They are also work with the now discontinued CEROS models, many of which are still in use.

Get your order delivered by your choice of delivery service. Order by 4:30pm for next working day (Monday to Friday) despatch. (Excludes Bank Holidays)
Any order containing Methylated Spirits, Paramose, Thinners, Peelaway 1 or 20 Litre Waxes can only be sent with Parcelforce, who collect every weekday from 3:30pm.
All other carriers collect from 4:30pm.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
