The New Mirka Ultimax Black Belt is another break though product from the Finland abrasives manufacturer. Tests have shown that this is the only type of belt you need in your sanders from start to finish, using grits from P80 to P1000.

What makes this new belt so good? A winning combination of the following:

  • A tough Silicone Carbide grit that offers outstanding stock removal at all grits whilst providing a fine scratch pattern, even at low grits.
  • New cutting edge stearate coating lasts keeps the grit in place longer, meaning you don't need to adjust machine pressure over time. This ensures a consistent sanding quality for the lifespan of the belt.
  • Strong antistatic and humidity resistant 0.9mm paper backing prevents breaking, ripping and folding
