Mirka DEOS 663XCV Delta & 1230M PC 110V Deco Solution Kit

This outfit features the Mirka 663XCV Delta sander and 1230 M PC dust extractor, both in 110v format, making them suitable for use on work sites where the 110v input is commonly used. The outfit has everything needed to start work immediately and consists of the following:

The sander's compact size (just 10cm high) and 'Delta' configuration allows it to excel at reaching into corners and hard to reach areas. The multi-hole backing pad gives excellent dust extraction characteristics and a 3mm orbit allows for effective stock removal. A brushless motor ensures that the sander will perform at it's best, even under heavy load.

The layout of the controls and comfortable ergonomics combined with light weight permit long periods of use without fatigue. Speed can be adjusted instantly via an easy to use lever and a separate on/off switch ensures safe and easy handling.

SPECIFICATIONS:

The 1230 M PC features M class filtration, making it suitable for medium hazard dust that can be generated by hardwood, MDF, concrete and brick. According to Health and Safety Executive guidelines, an M class dust extractor is the minimum requirement for work site use.

In common with the other 1230 models, the 110v version has an auto start facility, so that it only runs while the sander is operating. This will reduce noise in the work area and extend the life of the motor.

There is a manual push and clean system for filter cleaning. An air-flow sensor will sound an alarm if the flow drops below optimum levels at which point the filter should be cleaned. When a replacement is needed, spare filters are available.

There is integral storage for the cable and hose, while the flat top offers further storage. It is also possible to fit the Systainer site case to the top via the Case Fastener Accessory. This will give easy access to frequently needed consumables.

Should it be necessary for the 1230 to act as a standard vacuum cleaner then this can be achieved with the Mirka Clean Up Kit. A disposable fleece dust bag is supplied with spares available in packs of 5.

The 1230 can be used wet or dry but the dust bag must be removed first. Clean the filter both before and after wet use.
