We have listened to our customers and understand that the quality of service from delivery providers may vary based on your postcode.

Hence, we want to offer you the choice of provider at the best price we can offer.

UK Mainland Deliveries

May Spring Bank Holiday Weekend (23rd-25th May 2026): Our warehouse will be closed over the bank holiday weekend.

All orders placed after 4pm on Friday 22nd May will be dispatched on Tuesday 26th May.

Order before 4pm on Thursday 21st May to receive your items before the bank holiday weekend.

If you order after 4pm on Thursday 21st May and before 4pm on Friday 22nd May, your item will be delivered on Tuesday 26th May.

Normal next day service will resume on Tuesday 26th May.

Returns Policy

If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package. Find our Refund Policy here.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.

If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Harrell’s Traditional Wax Polish has been produced using the same tried and trusted recipe by WS Jenkins since 1931. Formulated using a unique blend of pure beeswax and other natural waxes, it has remained a longstanding favourite amongst antique dealers, furniture restorers and woodworkers for generations.

Designed primarily for use on sealed timber surfaces, Harrell’s Wax Polish enhances the natural beauty of wood while providing long-lasting protection without masking character or patina. Its traditional wax blend produces a rich finish that helps nourish, protect and revive both antique and modern furniture.

It provides additional depth and sheen while helping preserve the appearance of restored furniture and decorative woodwork. It's often used as a finishing coat over French polish and lacquered surfaces.

How To Use
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust.
Apply a thin, even coat using a soft cloth or suitable applicator.
Allow the wax to dry briefly until hazing occurs.
Buff using a clean soft cloth to achieve the desired finish.
Apply additional thin coats if increased sheen or protection is required.
Top Tips
Apply thin coats rather than heavy applications for easier buffing and a better finish.
Always test coloured waxes on an inconspicuous area first.
Use clear wax where colour alteration is not desired.
Regular light maintenance coats often provide better results than heavy wax buildup.
