Delivery Policy

Hence, we want to offer you the choice of provider at the best price we can offer.
UK Mainland Deliveries
All next day standard services to UK Mainland are FREE if your order is over £80 including VAT.
For UK Mainland, not including Scottish Highlands or Islands, Isle of White, or Channel Islands the following rates apply at checkout.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class | 2-3 Days - Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. £2.95 for orders under £80, Free for orders over £80.
- Royal Mail 1st Class | 1-2 Days - Order by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.£3.95 for orders under £80, Free for orders over £80.

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands: Unfortunately we aren’t able to send parcels to these addresses at present but we are working on it.
Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package. Find our Refund Policy here.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@restorate.co.uk. We will talk to you about the nature of your return. If we have sent an item that isn’t on your order, or is exceptional circumstances, we will organise a collection.
If you have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer require the item, please organise the return online with a carrier company.

Rustins Quick Dry Black Gloss Paint
Key Features
Rustins Quick Drying Black Paint is an acrylic emulsion-based paint, which is suitable for use on all interior and exterior wood and metal. It conforms to the EN71 part 3 toy safety standard. It can also be used over existing wood and metal primers and over existing paints and varnishes. Available in matt, satin and gloss.
In preparation the surface must be clean, smooth, dry and free from wax, dust or any other potential contaminants. The surface must also be sound, so repair any holes or cracks with a suitable filler before painting. If going onto bare wood or metal then apply a suitable primer or undercoat first.
Stir well and apply thin, even coats with a suitable brush. One coat is normally enough but a second coat can be applied if needed. In this case, two thin coats will yield a better result than one thick coat. It is best to apply this paint in temperatures between 15-25°C. It should not be used once the temperature drops below 10°C.
The surface can be cleaned with a mild detergent solution or with White Spirit. If, after cleaning, there are any worn areas they can be lightly sanded to provide a key and then re-coated.
