Returns Policy

If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The unique bristle is a mixture of traditional Chinese Bristle and a new synthetic bristle known as Hollester. The Hollester bristle was created to deal with the particular requirements of woodcare oils and paints.
