Description

WOCA Diamond Oil Natural

When a high quality finish is required on new or sanded timber, WOCA Diamond Oil Natural will create an exceptionally hardwearing surface with outstanding resistance to water and stains.

WOCA Diamond Oil is a unique professional oil treatment system which is easy to use, fast drying and requires only one coat. It has low viscosity, producing a high amount of saturation with excellent coverage. Diamond Oil is suitable for interior woodwork only, and can be used on both hardwood and softwood flooring, timber ceilings and wall panelling.

Preparation: A short-haired paint roller is the easiest way to apply the oil, together with a plastic paint tray and absorbent cloths. Either a WOCA Doodlebug (or Polishing Machine for larger floors) is required for spreading the oil and buffing a treated floor. Rollers and equipment can be cleaned after use with WOCA solvent. Keep the oil out of reach of children and locked away after use. Oil-soaked cloths are a fire risk, so dispose of them in a tightly-closed container on completion.

Application: Sand all surfaces with 120 grit abrasive, then vacuum to remove all dust. If necessary, treat with WOCA Wood Cleaner (mixed 1:40 with water) before using the oil. Allow woodwork to dry fully. Shake the container well, mixing any oil with different batch numbers to maintain an even colour balance.

Pour oil into the tray and apply an even coat by roller to an area of floor between 5 and 10m2. Allow this to soak in for up to 10 minutes, adding further oil if dry spots become visible. Polish the treated area with a Doodlebug (fitted with beige pad) until the surface appears saturated. Then use a cotton cloth under the pad to absorb surplus oil. Work in a similar way across the entire floor, ensuring the surface does not look wet with no excess oil after polishing.

Leave to dry for 6 to 8 hours, then buff the floor with a white pad, used dry. Do not use the floor for 24 hours if possible. Allow 3 days for the surface to fully harden (18 degrees C), avoiding high humidity. Finally, treat the floor with WOCA Natural Soap or Oil Refresher to create a protective layer.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
