Rustins Quick Drying Black Paint is suitable for use on all interior and exterior bare wood, hardboard, MDF, plaster, brickwork, and wrought iron. It can also be used over existing wood and metal primers and over existing paints.
Prepare by ensuring the surface is clean, dry and free from wax, grease or any other potential contaminants. Wax deposits can be lifted with Wax and Polish Remover. Any holes or cracks in wood should be treated with a suitable filler. If applying over a previous paint finish, clean first and then lightly sand to provide a key.
Stir well and apply liberal, even coats with a suitable brush or roller. One coat is normally enough but a second coat can be applied if needed. Two thin coats will yield a better result than one thick coat. Ideal conditions for use are in temperatures between 15-25°C. It should not be used in high humidity or if the temperature falls below 10°C.
Painted surfaces can be cleaned with a mild detergent solution. This paint can be stored for many years if the lid is tightly sealed and the tin kept in temperatures above 5°C.

Returns Policy
If you have mis-ordered, don’t require the item or have been sent an item not ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will accept the return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmanaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or request a returns reference to enclose in the package.

If you, the customer, have mistakenly ordered an item, given incorrect delivery details, or no longer wish the item, it is your responsibility and your liability to return the item in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund for the value that the item was purchased for.
