Bonda WoodFill SuperSoft is a 2 component, extra soft, rapid hardening wood filler. The fine particle size provides a dense smooth surface which, when hardened, can be carved, chiselled, filed or drilled.  It is ideal for repairs on lightweight surfaces and finely detailed surfaces.  It dries to a slightly open grained surface which makes it receptive to staining.

Bonda Wood Fill hardens with a non-tack surface that is easy to sand and has minimal paper clogging. It's ideal for filling both shallow and deeper imperfections in wood, and for skim coating and grain filling.  It has also proven to be very effective for filling screw holes, joints and other surface imperfections in MDF.

It can also be used for building up damaged edges on joinery, filling shakes and splits in wood. It has a powerful adhesion and can be chiselled, filed, drilled and sanded when hard.  It can also be primed and painted when hard using normal paints.

When using, make sure the surface to be filled is clean and dry.  On a non-porous surface, mix a golf ball sized amount of filler and mix with a pea sized ball of hardener, mixing thoroughly until an even colour is achieved.  Any surplus will become unusable after 10 minutes, so take care to only mix as much as you need.

The filler will cure after 30 minutes to an hour, depending on ambient temperature and humidity, at which point it can be sanded back and refinished.  When using this filler best results will be achieved when the temperature is between 15-25°C.  Do not attempt use if the working area is less than 10°C.

When using wear suitable gloves and use eye protection.  Tools should be cleaned immediately following use with Cellulose Thinners
